why do shows on tv really put fat kids down? they have enough problems at school with other kids.?

i mean obese kids need to eat healthy but not all are going to die at 60, blow up to 400 pounds, be miserable, no friends, etc. like on the show honey we’re killing the kids. it tries to be positive but to see into the future of how a fat kid is going to look and they try to make them look as horrible as possible to scare the parents.
i read where the rickard family said they made their kids seem lazy and did nothing, when in fact they played all kinds of sports, football, baseball.
some of these shows mean well but are put out and makes it worse sometimes.
i’m sure the older kid, at 12 years old, did not want his friends or enemies, anybody to know he was scared to sleep with lights out or his brother was still sleeping in his parents room at age 8.

I think it’s really cruel of the parents to put these kids on the show, and since I saw the first one, I’ve refused to watch it. I feel really bad for those kids.
