What kinds of meds and other misc things should I always carry for children?

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years. He is 35 and I am 24. He has two kids. 11 and 9. So I have been with them since they were 8 and 6. They love me. I have no children of my own, nor do I want any so I take a special interest in them. I don’t pretend to be there mother, but I try to instill good manors, values, and to be respectful. All of which their real mother knows nothing about. She is a horrible mother. Only pretends to care about them when people are watching. Other than that she doesn’t notice them. She isn’t a stupid woman, just didn’t deserve to have kids for how she treats them. She is too selfish. Now, because I have never had kids I am sort of clueless on things. The little boy plays baseball and the other day he got hit in the eye with a ball. Now, besides a first aid kit, what else should I always have in the vehicle for them? Kids meds… kids motrin, kids other medication? I just need some advice….
