Questions about hitting in baseball?
My hitting coach says squashing the bug is a way to loose power and you shouldnt do it until you finish the swing. Also he says flicking the wrist at the ball as your about to make contact is also a great way to make contact. Ive never been told any of this and was wondering if it is really good or bad advice. Thanks
