What would you do if a friend of your family that you hardly knew scammed you out of $900.00 worth of baking equipment and then a week later you threatened them with a baseball bat? What would you do?
A. They should be able to keep the money because you threatened to hit them with a baseball bat and they have the message saved.
B. Take them to small claims court and fight for every penny. If they didn’t press charges within 48 hrs. they can’t have you arrested.
C. What would you do?
That liar took $900 dollars worth of equipment! Actually we paid $1800 I was only asking for half the value of it and he never paid me one penny!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is this 48 hour rule for aggravated assault? Most states the statute of limitations is 2 years.
You can and should take them to small claims court.
They can go in front of a judge to get you arrested for trial.
