How do I pitch a baseball faster and harder?

I am 16 and I throw a cutter, 4 seam, and a curve ball. My fastball is in the high 60s and low 70s. I need to make my high school team which is a real good program. I don’t know what I should do to throw faster and better because a lot of kids are able to get hits off me. I rarely walk kids and I have great accuracy. Any tips? Any workouts?

Do long toss every day, throw as hard as you can and then you will see improvement in like a week.
