You need to go to the cage at least 3 times a week and you need to hit wiffle balls and the mini wiffle balls also there is no way you need to gain 50 pounds by spring it is bad for you try to gain 20-30 by eating alot but dont over eat this is a diet plan you might wont to try out by eating junk food for 2 weeks than the next 4 weeks eat healthy foods like grilled chicken fish vegetables you need to eat fruit and vegetables every day on this diet I am a first basemen also you need to get someone to throw you about 50 short hops for you to pick out the dirt a day good luck
