What happened to South African bowling attack, which is considered to be the best officially?
Indian pacers are nowhere as good as South African pacers, but we bowled them out for 248 even on dew conditions when batting becomes more easy……
Is it that the Indian batting order too destructive for South African bowlers……
Remember, South Africa had chased 434 against much stronger bowling attack – Brett Lee, Bracken, Stuart Clark and Brad Hogg…..
@Bill P, There was a lot of dew, the ball was slippimg from hands and India were playing without Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan.
Still we took 10 wickets, and they took only 3…..
@Bill P, Plus Steyn bowled short balls to Dhoni at a speed of 144 kph, and Dhoni hooked and pulled his every ball for boundaries.
pitch was flat.also,when sachin plays in such sublime form there isn’t much a bowler can do.
