whenever i play, this has only happened when i use a light bat, a plastic one, the bat slips out of my hand and flies off. I make solid contact, but then the bat flies away, n i don’t even realize it. this has also happened to me with an official tennis racket, when i was playing tennis baseball. how do i correct this problem, is it my grip? how do i fix it, and what are ways to make me make more contact, and hit for power, plastic bat is what i use
