this is my very first year trying out for a fastpitch 14 and under softball travel team..well., i’ve ben playing for 7 years(community ed)..adn i would say that im pretty good. but like my trainner has ben teaching me some better techniques for playing first base., and i’ve hit 5 homeruns this season(and a grand slamm baby!] and how to side sweep., or like how bunt and to slid and stuff..but like is there any EXTRA stuff anybody can give me to u kno get to everybody elses level.
im just really nervous.

You should start lifting weight to get even more power behind your hips to make to ball go even farther. a womens power comes from their hips. just go out there and give 150% of yourself and play your game. Also most important have fun. if you dont have fun and you dont like beinging there then you wont have the drive to play so have fun.
