How can I get recruited?

I play baseball, basketball, and football. I’m 6’0″, 150 and in the 7th grade. I play shortstop in baseball, center in basketball, and quarterback/tight end in football. In basketball, I lead my team in points, rebounds, and blocks. In baseball, I batted 4th all season, and all pitched, only giving up 2 runs in 14 appearancess. I haven’t started playing football yet, but I think I could be the starter on the varsity squad as a freshmen. How do I get scouts to come to my game?
