How can I get scouted? (Details included)?

I am a two sport athlete. I see that its much easier to get scouted in football than baseball. I play both and is very talented at both. I am a 5’10 180lb starting CF at my high school in Cleveland,Ohio. We are nearing to end of the regular season. Yesterday my coach showed us are batting averages and I am batting a .567. In addition I bat lead-off, which means I have the most at bats. I also have two home runs in the season.I run the 40yrd dash 4.48 I want to know how can I get scouted to a well known Division 1 school.
My team is currently in 2nd place in the league.
Also I to play for the Cleveland Indians RBI travel league team this summer.
My accumulate gpa is a 3.52
.

talk to your coaches if they think you have talent, they will contact schools and scouts for you keep clippings of your write ups in the paper and most of all stay humble remember pride comes before the fall.and oh yea remember you do have teammates so work on your ability to becoming a team player. this will help in the future may God bless and good luck with your career
