Improve Your Cricket Batting

How to Play the Square Drive
Can you provide insight on how changing your batting stance may lead to success?
I read an article which I found intriguing. It was about batsmen such as Mike Hussey, Justin Langer and others who changed from batting right handed to left handed and went on to be successful. Does anyone have any insight or ideas about why you might improve your batting by changing your batting stance?

The reason Right handed batsman change to bat left handed is because many people believe that if your stronger hand (in this case the right hand), is the top hand, your top hand would definately be dominent. this means that when you play shots, every ball you try to hit along the ground will go along the ground, since no longer is your bottom hand dominent.
this also works for left handers batting right handed

Batting (Cricket) $93.99 In the sport of cricket, batting is the act or skill of hitting the cricket ball with a cricket bat to score runs or prevent the loss of ones wicket. A player who is currently batting is denoted as a batsman, while the act of hitting the ball is called a shot or stroke. The terms batsman or specialist batsman are also used generically to describe players who specialise in batting. During an innings two batsmen from the team bat; the batsman facing the current delivery from the bowler is denoted the striker, while the other batsman is the nonstriker. When a batsman is out, he is replaced by a team mate. This process continues until the end of the innings, whereupon the other team gets a turn to bat. Batting tactics and strategy vary depending on the type of match being played as well as the current state of play. The main concerns for the batsmen are not to lose their wicket and to score as many runs as quickly as possible. These objectives are generally in oppositionto score quickly, some risky shots might need to be played which increases the chances that the batsman will be dismissed.
