I would like to learn some more softball tips and pointers please give me some tips?

I am in softball with 7&6 graders, we have a really good team, we won every game so far, but i would like to improve a bit at my batting and feilding, i play about all bases and outfeilds and i am usually in the middle of the batting line:) So if i could have some good tips and pointers, i would appreciate it )

you just have to remember that when you are hitting to keep your hand in tight keep your weight on our back leg and with your front leg pretend like your stepping on an egg. when you land with the front leg with your back one pretnd like your squishing a bug. i would suggest stand in the front of the box so you get the ball before it spins any way. pretent like your belly button is a camera and when the ball comes take a picture of it with your belly button. just remember dont lunge or reach for the ball that way you dont loose your balance,,

and with the fielding for ground balls make sure you keep your butt down and charge the ball dont take your head off because than it will hit you in the face. if your butt is down and your glove is on the ground if it takes a bad hop it will hit your chest. but make sure you charge it or the ball will play you!!! good luck!!
