Hey guys.
Umm so I was wondering if there are any pitching websites or videos that teach good mechanics. On YouTube, they just show mechanics of other players and not show drills or explain what to do.
I’m thinking of something like Mike Epstein’s Rotational HItting but instead, for pitching.
If not, you can just post some links that might be good for pitching.
