How can I play softball better?
I play for school and I really like it. I was wondering any tips you had to play better in general.Especially for hitting and running bases, but anything really.
I play left field at school and first base on my team. But still any tips are good.
There is no bunting, sliding, stealing, or anything like that. Yep, thats school softball for you.
and its slow pitch (dont want anyone to get hurt) lol.

1. Good coaching and practice
2. Play on a good team that challenges you
3. Go to higher level baseball and softball games. Study the strategy. Watch how the players position themselves. Watch what they do when players are on different bases with different amounts of outs. Watch how the batters approach at-bats in different situations. Watch how the players make plays on the ball. Watch and listen to how the players communicate on the field.
4. Read books about becoming better, study and practice the techniques.
5. You can also watch games on TV and play the most “realistic” video games on XBOX 360 or PS3. You can learn some strategy and info from them.
6. Have fun. If you are having fun, you will play more. If you play more, you get better.
