quilt batting help




help with christmas present (Photo memory quilt)?

Ok, im creating a quilt for my mom and i already have all the photos (4×6) and all the fabric for it. I dont have batting, but thats the easy part. Ive made one before but i forgot how. I was wondering if anyone could give me a link to instructions on how to sew t all together. Thanks )

With all the hard work you’ve put into this you may want to consider taking some of the blocks to your fabric store and asking for suggestions. Also, you may wish to do the layout with a theme in mind, such as chronological or by seasons. Depending on how many blocks you have you could alternate pictures and blocks of plain fabric (or pieced blocks, for that matter). Consider offsetting it so that it won’t matter if the seams don’t line up perfectly. Good luck! Your mom will love it.
