Volleyball drills and machines i can do by myself?

So far all I have to work on is..

PASSING
A drill that i did when i played volleyball was stand on a therapy band and (with out a ball) pull the therapy band up and imitate the motion of passing a ball, this will help with you upper body strength, be sure you don’t just let your arms snap back into a resting position, you have to control it.

HITTING
have a tennis ball, and work on your form, (yeah yeah your not hitting a ball) but as soon as you get the form down any ball will be easy to hit. start off slow first too, don’t go through a full body swing on your first throw.

DIVING
A really quick dive would be the shoulder roll, just start out with abdominal work outs so that you’ll be able to kick you legs over your shoulder with out a problem and when the time comes where you’ll really have to dive, then it’ll be worth it.
